While National and even local competitors are luring customers in with promotional rates months and then increasing rates 200-300% or more within days or months. We see these unethical business practices as solely driven by investors and wall street and expect those practices will have customers seeking out honest operators like us!!

Our month to month lease agreement allow flexibility or short or long term storage. Many of our customers have been with the facility for 10 years or more. Trachte Buildings are constructed with one of the best designs in the industry today. They provide a very tight seal keeping dust and dirt out. Our clean, secure units are perfect for storing furniture, clothing, children’s toys, bicycles, camping gear, office supplies, electronics, sports equipment, skis, and holiday decorations. We offer vehicle storage in our larger storage units up to 30 ft and RV/Trailer parking in our outdoor storage area up to 60 ft.
Our newest technology upgrade in 2024 was to offer a mobile device app for control of the entrance and exit gate or to check you current payment status.
Our facility is conveniently located in town and we can set you up for automated payments accepting Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. Setting up autopay eliminates any late fees that can occur if you forget to pay on time.
